Pathways

‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’
As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’
(So) The Lord directs the steps of the godly.
He delights in every detail of their lives.
Though they stumble, they will never fall,
for the Lord holds them by the hand.
The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
I will advise you and watch over you.”
What a God!
His road stretches straight and smooth.
Every God-direction is road-tested.
Everyone who runs toward him makes it.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
Just think—you don't need a thing, you've got it all!
All God's gifts are right in front of you as you wait expectantly for our Master Jesus to arrive on the scene for the Finale.
And not only that, but God himself is right alongside to keep you steady and on track until things are all wrapped up by Jesus.
God, who got you started in this spiritual adventure, shares with us the life of his Son and our Master Jesus.
He will never give up on you.
Never forget that.
